Q Resorts Hotels and Apartments is a fast growing chain of Hotel Apartments and Resorts across Australia.

The Q Resorts group began in 2005 under the direction of its Managing Director, Rob McLean. Between 2005 and 2008, Q Resorts enjoyed fast growth from 1 property to 9 great Hotel Apartment properties across Queensland.

Q Resorts Abbey Apartments started as the group’s very first managed Hotel Apartment property in year 2005 offering great value inner-city accommodation in Brisbane CBD, followed by Q Resorts Skyline Court Apartments in Bowen Hills in year 2007 in the bustling Fortitude Valley precinct. The remaining part of year 2007saw expansion in the Brisbane City location of Spring Hill with the addition of Q Resorts Tribeca Apartments and Q Resorts Ridge on Leichhardt followed by an inner-city residential tower,  Q Resorts Willahra Tower on Queen Street. Year 2008 saw the addition of the group’s first leisure property, Q Resorts Cascade Gardens in Cairns and yet another resort in the Whitsundays called Q Resorts Whitsunday Terraces, Airlie Beach. In mid 2008, Q Resorts group added its very first luxury resort Q Resorts Coolum @ the beach to its management portfolio in the famous Sunshine Coast destination and located in the heart of Coolum Beach. The iconic spot Woolloongabba in Brisbane was the next location to feature on the already expanding range of Q Resorts locations when the group added yet another Hotel Apartment property called Q Resorts Gabba Central Apartments, located directly opposite the famous Gabba Cricket Stadium in Brisbane. This is certainly not the last expansion for year 2008 as Q Resorts is gearing up for the opening of a newly developed property in Townsville in November!

Currently Q Resorts manages 9 great Hotel Apartments and Resorts in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Airlie Beach and Cairns with several other properties slated for addition to the group in end of 2008 and year 2009 across Australia.
