Best Rate Guarantee – Terms and Conditions

•    The Best Rate Guarantee applies only to Q Resorts bookings and rates available at the www.qresorts.com.au or www.roomsonq.com.au websites.
•    The rate that your are claiming is better than a Q Resorts rate on either or both of the above websites (“the Better Rate”) must be publicly available on another  website or websites, for booking on that  website or websites and must remain available for booking at the time of you making the claim.
•    The Better Rate must be in respect of the same date(s) of stay, for the same length of stay and for the same number of guests.
•    Best Rate Guarantee claims will only be eligible to be accepted if received via the online claim form at www.qresorts.com.au.
•    If the availability and eligibility of the lower rate has been confirmed by Q Resorts, Q Resorts will apply a further 10% discount to the lower rate for your confirmed reservation plus credit 500 Q Rewards points to your member account if you are an existing Rewards on Q member.
•    In the event of a multiple night stay Q Resorts will compare the total cost of the stay as booked at the Q Resorts rate with the total cost of the Better Rate for the same length of stay.  Multiple claims for a stay spanning over two or more consecutive nights will be treated as one claim.
•    For the purposes of comparing Q Resorts’ rate with the Better Rate  on each occasion the expression ‘rate’ means the room rate only without any  taxes or additional guest fees and charges, which may be applied during the guests stay.
•    Different Currencies – in the event that the Better Rate is in a different currency Q Resorts will compare the rates by converting the currency using the conversion rate on the day that the claim is received.

The Q Resorts Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to the following

•    Reservations at Q Resorts booked through any other website, GDS or booking channel other than www.qresorts.com.au or www.roomsonq.com.au.
•    Package Rates – the Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to any Better Rate which is a packaged rate – packaged rates means

o    An accommodation rate sold as part of a travel package in which Q Resorts does not provide the additional services including but not limited to airfares and/or car rental but some other entity does.
o    An accommodation rate offered with value added extras including but not limited to breakfast and activities.

•    Also group rates, wholesale rates, bulk rates, association rates and negotiated rates do not apply.

Eligibility

•    Q Resorts will determine eligibility for the purpose of the Best Rate Guarantee at its sole discretion and applicants will be notified in writing. Should the guarantee be put into effect the discount will be applied to the stay in advance or refunded by cheque if the claim is received post stay.
•    Q Resorts may terminate, suspend, modify or alter the Best Rate Guarantee at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
•    The Best Rates Guarantee offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
